Meet Our Team

At Rhodes Green CE Primary School, we are incredibly proud of our dedicated, talented and caring staff team. Every member of staff plays an important role in ensuring our children feel safe, valued and inspired to achieve their very best.

We believe that strong relationships are at the heart of a successful education. Our staff take the time to get to know every child as an individual, recognising their strengths, supporting them through challenges and celebrating every success along the way.

As a team, we share high expectations for learning, behaviour and personal development. We are committed to providing an ambitious education where every child is challenged to achieve their full potential whilst feeling supported, encouraged and cared for.

Professional development is central to our work. As part of the Cranmer Education Trust, our staff work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust, continually developing their knowledge and expertise to ensure the very best outcomes for our children.

From teachers and teaching assistants to office staff, premises staff and lunchtime supervisors, everyone contributes to making Rhodes Green a welcoming, inclusive and happy place to learn.

We are proud of the positive relationships we build with our families and believe that working together is key to helping every child flourish.
