Policies
At Rhodes Green CE Primary School, our policies and procedures reflect our commitment to providing a safe, caring and ambitious learning environment where every child can thrive.
They underpin everything we do, ensuring that our school operates fairly, consistently and in the best interests of our pupils, families and staff. From safeguarding and behaviour to curriculum, attendance and health and safety, our policies support our vision of helping every child ‘shine as stars in the world.’
As part of Cranmer Education Trust, many of our policies are Trust-wide, ensuring consistency and the highest standards across all Trust schools. Alongside these, we have school-specific procedures that reflect the unique needs and priorities of our Rhodes Green community.
We are committed to being open and transparent, making key information easily accessible for parents, carers and visitors. Our policies are regularly reviewed to ensure they remain current, comply with statutory guidance and reflect best practice.
We encourage parents and carers to familiarise themselves with the policies that support their child’s education and wellbeing. If you have any questions or would like further information about any of the documents available on this page, please do not hesitate to contact the school office.
Together, these policies help us create a school where children feel safe, valued and inspired to achieve their very best, while giving families confidence that every decision we make is guided by the highest standards of care, integrity and professionalism.
